We are currently seeking a National Talent Acquisition Coordinator at our National headquarters located in Newport Beach, CA.
The National Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be directly involved with National and General Management Office level talent acquisition which includes recruiting activities, posting and managing requisitions, sourcing of candidates, and managing the applicant tracking system. In addition, this position is responsible for facilitating the entire recruitment and hiring process performed at each regional level, and supporting the designated individuals performing the same functions. This role will be accountable for supporting recruiting campaigns that align with Lincoln Military Housing’s talent acquisition strategy of attracting qualified candidates to support the growth of the business and our overall mission.
