Build internal and external relationships to drive organizational outcomes
Work with LPC regional leadership to create and manage a client account plan that ensures client revenue spent drives toward client objectives and growth for the account
Develop and maintain client relationships
Identify opportunities to grow Lincolnas third-party management business
Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, market analysis and overall client support in order to expand existing and future client partnerships
Work with the client services and executive teams to develop and execute overall strategy
Coordinate and lead client presentations
Lead and participate in property management agreement review and negotiations
Lead or support the creation and execution of LPC presentations for existing and prospective clientele
Meet with team members regularly to review account plan
Report on performance, variances, team updates, client updates, and initiatives
Qualifications
10+ years multifamily experience in operations or sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of multifamily real estate operations and market trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to multitask, stay organized and meet deadlines.
Ability to work well with others, on a team and as team lead.
Must be able to travel 50% on a consistent basis.
Bacheloras degree.
