The Leasing and Marketing Manager plays a key role in the on-site office. This person leads and manages daily tasks and supervision of Leasing and Marketing Professionals. The Leasing and Marketing Managers will coordinate with the Leasing and Marketing Professionals to assist in reports, paperwork, and moving in new residents. In the absence of the Business Manager he/she may assist in management responsibilities. The Leasing and Marketing Manager will track the progress of all leasing team members through an on-going follow through system.
The Leasing and Marketing Manager will report directly to the Business Manager as well as the Regional Property Manager (RPM) and owner representatives were applicable. Specific community needs will be communicated from both of the above in order to be most effective. The Leasing and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for interacting with the Regional Marketing Director, Regional Marketing Specialist, and the AVP of Marketing.
